Angela is a Certified Onnit Academy Foundations Trainer, Certified Onnit Academy Steel Mace Specialist, Central YMCA qualified fitness and yoga instructor, Les Mills® certified BodyPump™, CXWORX™ and GRIT™ instructor, NASM-certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition nutrition coach, and holds a BS in Finance and Business Administration at Illinois State University. Angela's coaching style blends precision of alignment and proper mechanics and is steeped in playfulness. Each of her sessions bring a balance of challenge and grace, as well as her passion for teaching and humor. Angela spends a great deal of her time reading industry research, deepening her own understanding and experience in movement, and attending training seminars and industry conferences. While Angela has practiced and studied in several different schools of yoga and fitness, she considers herself style agnostic when it comes to her teaching and methodology. Her philosophy can best be summarized by the advice she regularly offers to her students, "Keep what works. Leave the rest."
