I have hardly been able to contain my excitement these days and it's finally time to share WHY...
Shortly after opening in September 2015, I met Miss Stephanie of Blissful Owl. This Riverside mom with a background in childhood development is just a ball of energy and good -- so good -- at what she does. It's hardly a surprise that families who come in for her monthly Family Yoga workshops are such fast fans. So when Stephanie mentioned in passing that she was considering moving into her own studio, the hairs on my neck stood up. Serendipity!
Our members have been saying for ages now that they need more options for reliably good indoor play options for their babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Through a special partnership with Blissful Owl, Fit Club is now able to provide as much. Miss Stephanie has added a host of classes to meet the needs of children of all ages.
Being able to offer everything from prenatal yoga, to mommy and me fitness, to drop-off children's classes in one space, is something that further reinforces my own belief that movement is not something that happens independently from your family, everyday routines, or varying life stages.
There is so much to be gained by sharing fitness and yoga with your family. We can't wait to see them all in the studio soon. All of these new classes start April 1st. And, as always, we offer a free trial for first time visitors.
